Every spring for many years, Marvin and I ventured to FL for the early arts festivals. Mid week we often stayed at my parent's condo in Jupiter, and took many pontoon boat trips up and down the Intercoastal Waterway. On one such occasion, Marvin found a beautiful shell - we later learned that a shell that still has vibrant colors is still occupied. Of course this house went right back into the water (along with the crabs my father had caught that afternoon).

Sorry for the quality of this photo - the piece is not actually shaded like that, but printed on all-rag white paper :)
